The Sorting Hat!
Welcome to the Hogwarts Sorting Ceremony! The Sorting Hat will put you in one of our four houses; Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and Slytherin. Each has it's own noble history and has produced excellent witches and wizards. Your house will be like your family, you will have classes with your house and spend free time with your house. In order to get sorted, you will have to answer these questions. (truthfully, please.) They will help the Sorting Hat determine which house you belong in. Please send me an owl with your answers. 
1) Number the houses in the order from your favorite to least favorite. 2) Why do you want to be in the house of your choice? 3) Who is your favorite Harry Potter Character and why? 4) You're walking in the halls when you see first year being tormented by a big 5th year. You:
(a) Walk away; that isn't your buisness!
(b) Walk up to the bully and tell him to stop tormenting a poor, defensless first-year.
(c) Run and get a teacher.
(d) Start tormenting the first-year too.
5) What is your personality? (write a description of yourself) 6) Write a short bio. 7) What blood are you? (pureblood, -half-blood, muggle-born) 8) Your friend is planning on stealing a prized posetion from one of your teachers at midnight. You: (a) Go along with him; she'll never know, and that'll make her sorry for that grade you got on the mid-term test! (b) Tell them not to go, and tell them that she never did anything wrong. (c) Tell the teacher to make sure she cathches them. (d) Don't do anything; hey, this is your best friend! 9) What animal do you like best?
